Graphic 45 Facebook page link to vote
This is my entry for the Graphic 45 Sept Challenge. The challenge was to Upcycle a house hold item in either a Autumn or Halloween theme. I had a lot of fun with this one. I created a haunted house table decoration. I used a one quart milk carton for the haunted house and children’s blocks to create settings for the letters that spell out “Haunted” with the house for as the “A”
Voting starts Sept 23 on Graphic 45 Facebook page. Have some fun and check out all the entries, vote by clicking the “like” on the project you want to win.
Thanks, Laurie

"A Ladies Diary" Graphic 45 card
This card was made using Graphic 45 paper "A Ladies Diary" one of my favorite paper collections. On the front I cut out one of the lovely images from the collections added layers of lace, flowers and a book plate from Tim Holtz collection. This card is going to be used as a special gift my sister will be giving to a friend of hers. She wanted it to also have places for pictures so I created tags in pockets that she can pull out and add photos and a special note to both sides of the tags. I have a video on my YouTube channel showing more on how I put this card together.... Youtube.com/user/MooreArtFromTheHeart
Also thanks to Jules of The Jule Box for the gift of the lovey big chipboard Tags.

"M" for Moore Mixed Media
Here's a look at a large 12" tall letter "M" that I had fun adding many objects to it and spays. I've been so fascinated with all the cool projects and layouts out there using lots of objects artfully arranged then painted with Gesso and then sprayed with some of the great mists, paints and inks sold today. There are a few works of art from some talented ladies that I admire that gave me inspiration to try this form of art. Anna Dabrowska also know as Finnabair, is a master of this technique. There's also Miranda (MsLiberty25) who always puts just the right twist on her projects. Bonnie of Sassyscrappers adding objects to a letter and made it look so fun that I thought Yes I could try a letter too! Here's what I came up with. What do you think?
Thank you for peeking in me. I would love it if you would become a follower of my blog. Have a great day!

Gift box and card All-In-One
I love making cards that can be more than just cards. In the past I took the top of a round gift box and created a card in the top of the box. With this small 4 by 6 inch box I added another piece of card stock just inside the lid to make it into the card. I added 6 pieces of wrapped candy in the box for the sweet lady that I give this too. Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look. Check out my Youtube channel for a video on how the put this box/card together. Also become my friend on Facebook for sharing more ideas and your friendship.

Hope Chest (For Sale)
Here’s a look at a fun project where I altered a box shaped like a hope chest. The inside was already lined with brown velvet so I altered the outside. I started by painting the edges brown and then using Tenseconds Studio Copper paint to give it an aged look. I sell Tenseconds Studio products in my ArtFire store (Link Below). Using Lyric paper from Prima to cover the rest of the box. I added antique laces, flowers, gems and fun metal elements to finish it.
Check out my video on Youtube to see more of this projected. Also this chest can be found for sale in my ArtFire store.
Thank you for coming by my blog. Join me on Facebook as well (links below).

Laurie Moore USA - 123 May Challenge Layout
I'm enjoying making layouts and decided to enter my first layout Challenge. This layout is for 123 May Challenge (link below). This blog has some awesome Designers on their Team and the challenges look like so much fun.

They have three rules for this challenge and they are.... Use the color "Red", the word "Happy" and technique add "Balloons". I had just got a new stamp set from Inkadink with a beautiful balloon airship on it and thought this would be great to use in this layout. I started with a white piece of cardstock and added light blue spray which does not seem to show up in the photo here. I then added my red splatters with Postbox Red ink spray from Dylusions and then a little masking with black ink.
I look forward to trying more layout challenges as it helps me learn new techniques and designs, along with adding more colors in my layouts. Thanks for peeking in on me. Your comments are welcome here. Also check out my Facebook page and YouTube videos. Smiles, Laurie

Handful of Love
This 12 x12 layout started with white card stock that I sprayed with Tattered Angel Glimmer Mist Sprays to create the two tones of blue for the back ground. All the flowers are made from black metal from Tenseconds Studio that I carry in my Artfire store. I have videos on my Youtube channel showing how I created the flowers and the layout. Thanks for visiting my blog.

12"x12" Canvas for Jules
This is a canvas I made for the lovely sweet Jules of "The Jule Box". I started with Gesso and a template from The Crafter's Workshop the "Harlequin" to add texture and a pattern to match the harlequin look of the design that I created down the side. Using a Tenseconds Studio metal sheet and a variety of embossing folders, I added different textures to the metal elements like the diamond shapes, flowers and leaves. A combination of Recollections and Jolee's boutique flowers and embellishments were also added. The touches of three different type of flourishes set this canvas off and of course the beautiful picture of Jules takes center stage. For more details check out my YouTube channel.
Thank you Jules for your wonderful friendship and love my dear friend.
Hugs Laurie
