I'm enjoying making layouts and decided to enter my first layout Challenge. This layout is for 123 May Challenge (link below). This blog has some awesome Designers on their Team and the challenges look like so much fun.
They have three rules for this challenge and they are.... Use the color "Red", the word "Happy" and technique add "Balloons". I had just got a new stamp set from Inkadink with a beautiful balloon airship on it and thought this would be great to use in this layout. I started with a white piece of cardstock and added light blue spray which does not seem to show up in the photo here. I then added my red splatters with Postbox Red ink spray from Dylusions and then a little masking with black ink.
I look forward to trying more layout challenges as it helps me learn new techniques and designs, along with adding more colors in my layouts. Thanks for peeking in on me. Your comments are welcome here. Also check out my Facebook page and YouTube videos. Smiles, Laurie
